Terra Donata selects the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from its own vineyards to produce 7000 bottles of Franciacorta.
From just under a hectare of vineyards two Franciacorta grapes unique in their character are born: Blanc de Blancs Brut Satén and Blanc de Noir Dosage Zero.
Two wines that result from a single harvest and represent the maximum expression of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir respectively. Here again we wanted to simplify, without making it banal.
