This is why Maurizio is directly responsible for the vineyards: pruning, cutting and harvesting are all done manually.
Even the work in the cellar is carried on by his hands, from remuage to disgorgement, a long and hard work that aims at the highest quality.
According to Terra Donata the true essence of Franciacorta is the pleasure itself, the pleasure of drinking a genuine wine.
The aim is to offer the best Franciacorta every year, following the climatic variations and the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes that are selected from different vineyard parcels.
Every year the inspiration will be the same, but the creation will be totally unique and different
Terra Donata selects the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from its own vineyards to produce 7000 bottles of Franciacorta.
From just under a hectare of vineyards two Franciacorta grapes unique in their character are born: Blanc de Blancs Brut Satén and Blanc de Noir Dosage Zero.
Two wines that result from a single harvest and represent the maximum expression of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir respectively. Here again we wanted to simplify, without making it banal.
FRANCIACORTA D.O.C.G. - BLANC DE BLANCS - BRUT SATÈN
Shameless and fresh, delicate but not trivial. Pander, courts us with her soft but well defined character.
The chosen soils give mainly floral notes and intensity to the nose, with part of fruitiness, medium complexity.
The wine is an expression of finesse and elegance, aromatic notes of white fruit, is delicate and silky with a slender finish and good persistence.

Energetic and with determination, young and expressive. He doesn't show off but proves his character with a touch of madness.
The soil chosen gives mainly floral notes and intensity to the nose as well as good persistence, medium complexity.
The wine is pure, the nose is fine and elegant with a prevalence of floral notes, in the mouth is corresponding, fine perlage and good persistence.
